Orders are processed everyday Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). As soon as your order is processed, you will be emailed. If there is any delay in processing your order you will also be emailed. Orders that are placed over the weekend are typically processed by Tuesday. Orders placed during the week are typically processed the next business day.

Shipping Information

US Locations:
There is a $5.00 shipping and handling charge on all orders. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.00. We are happy to ship to P.O. addresses. There is no extra charge for this. However, there are a few products that we are not able to ship to a P.O. address due to their size or shipping location. In most cases this has been noted when applicable.

Insurance:
Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for its delivery. Therefore we strongly recommend purchasing insurance for your items. Insurance can be selected from the drop down menu of shipping options at checkout. Insurance is included free of charge for all international orders.

Items not in stock:
Sometimes we do make a mistake and an item is not in stock. If an item you order is not in stock, we will promptly e-mail you and inform you of its expected ship date. You will have the option of changing your order at that time.

International Locations:
If you live outside of the US we are happy to ship to you as well. Simply proceed through checkout as normal and choose your location from the drop down box. When your order is processed we will check the shipping price you were charged and if you were undercharged, send you an invoice for the remaining shipping costs. If you decide the cost is too much, we will be happy to cancel your order and refund you.

Duties & Taxes for International orders: International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes that are imposed by foreign governments. Earth Baby has no control over this. When applicable, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes for your country at the time of delivery. If you refuse or abandon your package, no refund will be issued.

Method and Shipping Times:
We ship via the United States Postal Service. This is the most cost effective way to ship and allows us to offer shipping at a lower cost. However, USPS does not offer tracking. If you need tracking we can offer shipping via UPS or FedEx. For this option, please call to place your order and mention that request. This method of shipping does incur an additional charge

Items that weigh less than a pound ship via First Class Mail (typically takes 4-9 business days). Items weighing over a pound ship via Priority Mail (typically takes 2-3 business days). Please keep in mind that these ship times are estimates.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us as follows:

  • You must include a Return Form with your return.
  • You may return new items within 35 days of purchase for a refund or store credit (less shipping).
  • You may return Gently Used items within 7 days of purchase for a refund or store credit (less shipping).
  • All returns must be in resalable condition: unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags and
    packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have pet hair or odor, smoke, dirt, lipstick, perfume, etc.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt and original packaging.
  • We always recommend that you wash and try one diaper first before washing them all.
  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 35 days. Any returns accepted after 35 days will be
    issued in the form of a store credit and may be charged a 10% restocking fee.
  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow 14 days from the date your
    return is postmarked for your return to be processed.
  • If any item that was purchased new is returned to us after being washed, worn, used, or with tags
    removed, we will return the item to you at your expense.

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we promise to correct it as quickly as possible at our expense!

Exchanges

There are two ways to exchange an item:

  1. Place a new order. Return the other item and request a refund in the original form of payment. (This is the quickest way to receive the new item.)
  2. Return the item you want to exchange. When we receive the item, we will issue a store credit. You will receive a coupon via e-mail to use at checkout so you can place an order for the new item.

Please do not request an exchange when mailing a returned an item to us. Our inventory changes so frequently that the requested exchange item may no longer be available.

Your Privacy

We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than to process your order. Furthermore, your email will never be shared with a third party or for any reason other than to contact you about your order. If you request to have your email added to my newsletter list, it will only be used by Happy Earth Baby’s for the purpose of contacting you for specials, sales and new product notifications. It will never be shared or sold. I know that we teach our kids to share, but this is one time that sharing is a no-no!
